Container Design modules represent an innovative and versatile solution for residential needs. Thanks to their modular structure, these containers can be adapted and customized to create comfortable and functional spaces that meet our clients' specific needs. From guesthouses to spaces dedicated to sports and wellness, our modules offer durability, energy efficiency, and contemporary design, ensuring an uncompromising living experience.
Prefabricated mobile container units are versatile solutions that optimize your home's outdoor space, offering an additional living area for working, playing sports, or socializing with friends. You can choose one or more units to create your own customized composition.
These modules can be easily moved from one location to another and do not require foundations anchored to the ground, as they are equipped with a self-supporting prefabricated base. This allows them to be removed if necessary without damaging the ground. According to Article 335 of the Civil Code, movable property is defined as that which can be transported from one location to another without compromising the integrity of the objects to which they are attached.
Custom design
We use standard sized containers (10, 20 and 40 feet), which allows us to design a wide range of customized solutions.
Each project is conceived as a bespoke piece, just like our Piscine Rocks Design, tailor-made for you. Whether living spaces, showrooms, pop-up stores, or fitness containers, we adapt spaces to accommodate an infinite variety of activities and functions.
Every detail is taken care of with precision, from the selection of materials to the installation of electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems.
The insulation phase ensures optimal thermal insulation, while the interior finishing is completed with high-quality materials, such as plasterboard, wood, and tiles, reflecting your personal taste.
